I’m so glad to have you visit my blog. I’ve truly been dedicated to helping companies and individuals tap into their power as “rhino leaders” and I know that you can do this as well.
In this post I celebrate the release of my Internationally acclaimed mega hit, “Running with the Rhinos”.
I wrote the book because I truly believe that the key to leading is to believe you can make a difference. Whatever the role in life that you play as a leader…you do matter. If you can be a role model, influencer, affect what others think, feel and do then you are a rhino-leader.
On this blog I hope to hear your leadership insights, strategies and success. I hope that we’ll have some great discussions and they will lead to empowering and enriching all of us as leaders.

I believe that a true leader is someone with many hats. Morals and ethics are to be the most valued attributes. Honesty is the best policy. Perseverance and attitude are the strongest of actions. Once success is achieved, gratitude and humbleness should be demonstrated. Understanding that one cannot lead without those that need to be led is a vital part of leadership. Divided we may be able to achieve some things, but together we can achieve all things.
Leader or Follower, we truely are ” In This Together.”
