Five Tips For Leading with Integrity

I just released Five Tips For Leading With Integrity and wanted to share those with you here:
- Leaders must embrace and maintain steadfast ethical standards. They must foster the company’s commitment to employee stewardship and enrichment.
- Talking is overrated, a leader is only judged through their actions. Leaders must strive to empower the people in their organizations in as many ways as possible.
- Panic is not the key to success, rhino leaders must steer the pack by establishing a future-forward game plan.
- Leaders must disrupt the four sedatives of corporate lethargy: over-thinking, second-guessing, group thinking and status quo.
- Leaders must recognize the ruts, habits and traditions holding them back and wholly embrace new leadership initiatives. A strong rhino leader never underestimates the power of his employees.
What is your top tip for leading with integrity?

My top tip: BE TWICE THE STUDENT AS YOU ARE THE TEACHER! Read, Read and Read some more because knowledge is power. Leaders are Readers! Never stop learning. Challenge yourself to be better tomorrow than you are today.
